Is Big Brother Watching You?

Did you know that if you are on Google and you type specific words in google search that pertains to flu symptoms they gather the data and send it off to the government?

www.google.org/flutrends

Google.org, has launched a new tool designed to identify and track influenza outbreaks.
Google Flu Trends monitors the number of queries for influenza and influenza-like symptoms entered their search engine and sends the data to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
This is to give the CDC real-time updates…

They say they only give the CDC information of search and general location and not private data. But how do we know what they are really gathering and what they are really giving them.

If you have a gmail address you may have noticed this: When you send an email and in the text of your email you mention a famous person name, or some kind of Jewelry. Once you send that email, notice the banner ads that come up on your email account will be exactly what you type about in your message. So everything you write they filter code words to use for marketing. When I have typed in Wayne Dyer (Who is a new Age Leader) giving a friend some research data. Immediately I was having ads show up for his latest book…So know whatever you view, write and about is all being filtered and used for advertising. So my question is what else is it being used for?

Now that Google have openly admitted to giving our search data to the CDC. What else could they be giving them we don’t know about?

The CEO of Google is a Liberal that backed Obama openly:

“Google Inc. Chief Executive Eric Schmidt will hit the campaign trail this week on behalf of Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama, signaling Mr. Schmidt's push for a greater voice in politics while giving the Obama campaign a boost from a highly desirable constituency. Google Chief Executive Eric Schmidt in Washington earlier this year. He has advised the Obama campaign on technology and energy issues.”

“Congress is considering measures that could have an adverse impact on Google's business, including laws that could limit companies' ability to deliver personally targeted online advertisements and rules that would allow telecommunications companies to charge different prices for different levels of Internet service.

Lawmakers' and regulators' scrutiny of Google, in particular, is intensifying. The company's proposed ad-sharing agreement with Yahoo Inc. triggered a Justice Department probe into whether the deal would give Google too much control over the market and lead to higher prices for online advertisers.

"My sense is, the Justice Department makes judgments on these issues independent of politics," Mr. Schmidt said. "It would be unfair to Justice to imply [that supporting Sen. Obama] would make a difference."

The CEO of Google is promoting Obama, will Obama support Him?

Google and the Government deemed it important to collect data on the Flu searches what else is it being used for and what else will they deem important to collect in the future.

While the door is open for the gospel and warning of all the deception out there; we better do what Jesus says in John 9:4 I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.

We know spiritual darkness is covering the earth and the night is coming; so we better do all we can while it is yet day, and keep getting the word out. Appreciate all your research Rose. Margie

Google plans to make PCs history?

The way technology is heading. We may not use computers the same way as we have. They just may be a portal to the internet. With all the online services we see know, the storage of emails, photos and applications….we could be looking at the end of the PC as we know it. All of our data that we would normally hold on our hard drives would instead be held on the “cloud” where they will hold all of our data for us. Leaving us totally exposed. This could make the PC that holds data extinct. This is an interesting article on the subject.
